Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to fulfillment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order please contact us at stargazersurprises@gmail.com and reference your order number.

Gift card purchases are always final.

No Return & No Refund Policy
All fulfilled mystery scoop and premium pick purchases are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for any purchases made through stargazersurprises.com once your purchase has been shipped or gift card issued. As each order is selected at random, by making a purchase you acknowledge that the items received may not match your personal preferences. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on the basis of dissatisfaction with the selection.

Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at stargazersurprises@gmail.com within ten (10) days of delivery, reference your order number, and send a photo of the issue. Resolution of damaged orders will be handled on a case by case basis.  

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
